Jessica practices from an attachment perspective using experiential and emotionally focused techniques. She believes that we were each created for connection and when those personal connections are bent or broken it can cause problems within many areas of our life. Her goal is to create a safe space for you, as a client, to explore a new connection in the therapy room. She strives to create a space to allow vulnerability and emotional exploration without judgement or criticism and bring healing through the journey.
