Cristina is a Licensed Professional Counselor in Kansas. She received her Masters of Arts in Counseling with an emphasis in couples, marriage, and family from MidAmerica.

She practices from an experiential, attachment based theory utilizing Emotion Focused Therapy, Gottman, and EMDR in working with couples and individuals.

Cristina grew up in several countries in South and Central America as a missionary kid and developed a heart for counseling, specifically for couples, while connecting with people who are in the church yet still experiencing difficulties in their relationships and mental health. Now she has a deep hope and tenacity to find healing even for the deepest pain or loss.
