Taylor Chipman is a Licensed Professional Counselor and owner of The Little Things Counseling. She earned her M.A in Counseling, with a focus on Marriage, Couples, and Family at MidAmerica Nazarene University.
Taylor loves walking alongside couples, families, and individuals ages 13 and up as they navigate life’s challenges. She especially enjoys partnering with couples in distress, parents managing their children’s behavioral or medical challenges, and creating a supportive, neuroaffirming space for clients with neurodivergence.
For Taylor, counseling isn’t just about getting through tough times—it’s about reconnecting with yourself and the people who matter most. Helping clients strengthen those connections is central to her approach.
Her work blends attachment theory, family systems, experiential, and psychodynamic perspectives, drawing from methods like Accelerated Experiential Dynamic Psychotherapy (AEDP), Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), and Dyadic Developmental Therapy (DDP). She is also happy to incorporate Christian faith into counseling whenever it supports the clients values and process. Taylor takes a collaborative approach, tailoring therapy to each individual, couple, or family.
