Samantha Thomas received her Master of Arts in Counseling from MidAmerica Nazarene University with an emphasis in marriage, couple, and family counseling. She is a Licensed Professional Counselor in the state of Kansas. Samantha received her Bachelor of Arts from William Jewell College in Liberty, MO. She enjoys working with individuals, couples, and families and is a certified Prepare and Enrich couple facilitator.

Samantha practices from an experiential, attachment-based theory utilizing Emotion Focused Therapy in working with couples. She believes in every individual’s inherent dignity and worth as well as their inherent need to genuinely connect with others. She believes that trust and authenticity within a safe therapeutic relationship are the starting point for growth and transformation.
